Kenny Neal – A moden Swamp Blues Master And Multi-Instrumentalist

Kenny Neal is a blues and swamp blues guitarist and singer. He was born on October 14, 1957, in New Orleans, Louisiana. Neal comes from a musical family; his father, Raful Neal, was a blues singer, harmonicist, and songwriter. Eight of his nine siblings are also blues musicians and he often performed with his brothers in his band. In 1987, Neal cut his debut album for the Florida record, Bio on the Bayou, which was picked up by Alligator Records the following year and renamed to Big News from Baton Rouge!! This blues guitarist was at one time a member of Downchild Blues Band, also known as Downchild, a Canadian blues band.
