Today we’re going to look at some interesting ways of playing a 12 bar blues. So rather than just going to our typical sort of cliche pattern, which you may already know, you can easily break it up by playing individuals notes like this. Starting on the 5th string instead of starting on the root, one-and, two-and, three-and, four-and; one-and, two-and, three-and, four-and. And then of course you would go to the D, which will be the four chord; back to A; five E; D; A. Just a real interesting way you can play the blues.
